We’re currently looking to fill the following role:

BAR MANAGER (FULL TIME)
​
We’re looking to fill the role of Bar Manager with someone who is genuinely passionate about the food and beverage industry, is always looking for new ways to create great customer experiences and brings a positive attitude to the work they do. The candidate demonstrates proactive qualities and is someone the team can look up to for guidance. The eventual candidate will be someone who can foster a welcoming, fun and enjoyable environment for both staff and customers.

DUTIES
Some of the duties of the Bar Manager include; Inventory tracking, staff scheduling, hiring, cash out, planning and organizing of daily duties, championing marketing ideas to engage customer engagement, simple food preparation and cleaning when needed...Oh! and Bartending obviously!
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Available to work full time, including nights and weekends

Prior bar and/or restaurant supervisor or management experience (2+ years)
-
Prior bartending experience is a MUST - confidence with cocktails, knowledge of top shelf liquors and ability to run a bar smoothly under pressure.

Knowledge of local craft beers is a huge plus
-
Pool related knowledge is not necessary, but would be a plus
-
Serving It Right is a MUST
-
Food Safe Level 1 would be a plus
